For simpler payment options, we are connected with the “iba health” network. This allows you to claim your health fund benefit right there and then (presuming you have cover for Chiropractic care). This avoids the inconvenience of having to pay in full, and then claim your rebate at a later time.
Below is the current list of health funds supported by “iba health”. This list is growing regularly. If your health fund is not on the list, give your fund a call and let them know you’d like them to be available on the iba health network.
If you are not sure, it may be a good idea to check with your fund that you are covered for Chiropractic care (i.e. Extras), the levels of rebates you can expect, and the limits that may apply.
We are ‘preferred providers’ for both Medibank Private, and Mutual Community, which allows for more generous rebates.
